A little bit about me...
I am a father, husband, Software Engineering student, and an active runner. I returned to school to gain expertise in a challenging and rewarding field, aiming to become a valuable contributor wherever my career takes me. I am currently enrolled in the Software Engineering program at Western Governors University, specializing in Java. Alongside my studies, I am actively building my front-end development skills and exploring frameworks like React to expand my capabilities.
Before transitioning into Software Engineering, I developed a diverse skill set through roles in customer service, retail management, and, more recently, network management. In the summer of 2024, I was honored to intern as a Technical Support Engineer at Ivanti, where I excelled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and enhancing the onboarding process for technical support engineers by refining documentation.
These experiences have equipped me with a unique combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to teamwork, all of which I bring to my pursuit of becoming a strong and adaptable Software Engineer.
